We aim to answer all tickets within one business day but it may be longer depending on current load. Tickets submitted over the weekend are answered on Monday. In order for us to help you faster please follow the steps below before submitting a new ticket. 
Note: Adding another comment to your ticket before we reply to your initial one will push your ticket  down the list, we are replying to all tickets in the order that they arrive. Thank you for your patience.

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of our product and the latest version of WordPress. 
2. Check out product documentation for the answer to your question. 
3. Disable any 3rd party plugins and switch to default theme to check if that solves the issue. 
4. If you are still experiencing an issue submit a ticket with details eg how to replicate the issue, URL, screenshot.


My support has expired. What should I do?

When your support pack has expired, you won't be able to create a new tickets anymore. You can purchase support extension on product item page on Envato.


Support Includes

  • Answering questions about the item’s included features and functionality
  • Fixes for bugs and reported issues with the item
  • Updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and patch security vulnerabilities

Support DOES NOT Include

  • Customisation services (small or big)
  • Installation services or general software platform and CMS help (eg WordPress)
  • Resolving compatibility issues with 3rd party plugins, themes or items unless advertised
  • Help with your particular web hosting/server environment
